Privacy notice
This notice explains how lasermec.it processes personal data when visitors browse the site or submit a contact request. It reflects the features currently implemented on the site and must be checked by the Controller before final publication.

Data controller
Dumont S.r.l., brand LASERMEC, Via Luigi Pastro 166, località Selva del Montello, 31040 Volpago del Montello (TV), Italia. P.IVA IT00287740260; REA TV-111169.
For privacy requests, contact the Controller at info@lasermec.it or 0423 620225.
Data we collect
The contact form may collect company, full name, email address, phone number, capability of interest and message content. Company and phone are optional; the other marked fields are needed to handle the request.
The site also receives the technical data needed to operate and secure a request. The hidden “website” field is a honeypot used to detect bots and is not used to profile visitors.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is not used for newsletters or promotional communications. The site does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
- Replying to information, feasibility or quotation requests and taking steps at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Operating the site, preventing spam and abuse, and validating form submissions: the Controller’s legitimate interest in securing its services, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, together with any applicable legal obligations.
- Loading the Google Maps embed and, if enabled, measuring visits and performance through analytics only after the visitor explicitly consents to the relevant optional categories: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable terminal-equipment rules.
How we use and retain data
The form is validated server-side. When the service is configured, the message is forwarded to the Controller’s email address through Resend; the site has no database or private area for storing submissions.
The request is retained in the Controller’s email accounts and backups for as long as needed to reply, manage a possible business relationship and protect legal rights, and for any periods required by law. The site does not retain requests indefinitely; the Controller must apply its own deletion and periodic-review rule to the mailbox.
Technical and organisational measures appropriate to the processing are applied. No online system can guarantee absolute security during transmission.
Recipients and providers
Authorised personnel and technical providers may access data only as needed to operate the service:
- Cloudflare, for web infrastructure, Turnstile anti-spam checks and, if enabled after consent, Web Analytics. Turnstile receives technical security signals, not the content of form fields.
- Resend, to deliver the request to the email address configured by the Controller when the form is operational.
- Google Maps, only if the visitor accepts optional services or opens the external map link.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technology providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. For each provider actually enabled, the Controller must verify the transfer mechanism and applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, before final publication.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email info@lasermec.it and include the subject and information needed to identify the request.
If you believe that processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Updates
This notice may change when the site, providers or applicable obligations change. The update date above identifies the version currently published.
